Meet David J.

About: David has a great sense of humor that can spark up a friendly conversation with anyone. When you ask him to tell you about himself, he will be quick to talk about his disability. He had a traumatic brain injury in 1995. Since his balance is off, he uses his wheelchair to get around.

The Story Behind His Artwork: As a teenager, David enjoyed collecting comic books. He liked to draw superheros in the comics. This sparked his interest in sketching profiles of people using a pencil.

Other Interests: David is the father of two adult children. He is also a huge Minnesota Vikings fan.
