Meet Chip S.

About: Chip made Rochester his home after growing up in Georgia. He likes trying out new things and enjoying life. Artistic talent runs in his family. Chip’s sister is a singer and artist on the east coast.

The Story Behind His Artwork: Chip’s love for art blossomed in high school when he started taking art class. He enjoys working with water colors and coloring at home in coloring books. In his artwork, you will often find the color blue, his favorite color. Through the ArtAbilities program, Chip hopes to learn more about drawing and improve his drawing skills.

Other Interests: Chip is a big hockey fan and enjoys playing floor hockey. He is also involved in karate and kickboxing. Along with sports, Chip likes theater and music. His favorite singer is Elvis Presley because he’s the King, but he also listens to Queen, Michael Jackson, and Prince.
