Meet Becca A.

About: Becca’s smile and conversation can light up a room. She is extremely outgoing, caring, and creative. Being employed in the community is one of her biggest achievements, along with her role as a Social Justice Warrior, where Becca likes to advocate for disability services, minorities, nature, and other issues of interest throughout the state of Minnesota.

The Story Behind Her Artwork: Becca started drawing when she was a little girl.

“I get lost in the sensation of creating,” said Becca.

She likes to draw and paint pictures that include elements of nature. Becca also enjoys reusing and repurposing items. She recently used spam mail to create hearts in her home.

Other Interests: Becca loves yoga and has recently started incorporating mindfulness into her routine. Other interests include reading, spending time with families and friends, hiking trails in state parks, and traveling around the United States and the world.
