Skill Building Classes
PossAbilities offers opportunities for youth and adults who identify as having disabilities to learn a variety of life skills through short interactive classes. Each session is offered at a pace that is comfortable for all abilities. There is no age limit.
PossAbilities does not provide support staff for these classes. If a support person is needed, there is NO charge for that support person. Also, PossAbilities does not provide transportation for these classes.
All the classes are located at PossAbilities, 1808 3rd Ave SE, Rochester.

LGBTQ+ Group
This group is for anyone in the community to attend who identifies as having a disability and as LGBTQ+. There is no cost to attend, but we ask that you register for the group so we can plan accordingly for the number of attendees. All ages are welcome!
This group provides a supportive space for people to connect and share similar life experiences and struggles. This group is run by two PossAbilities staff members who are members of the LGBTQ+ community.

Holiday Celebration!
Join us for a night of holiday cheer!
We will make ornaments and snow globes while enjoying festive music and delicious snacks. Who knows, Santa might even come!
This party is for people who identify as having a disability. A support person is free to attend this event with a person who may need assistance.
