Skill Building Classes
PossAbilities offers opportunities for youth and adults with disabilities to learn a variety of life skills through short interactive classes. Each session is offered at a pace that is comfortable for all abilities.
PossAbilities does not provide support staff for these classes. If a support person is needed, there is NO charge for that support person. Also, PossAbilities does not provide transportation for these classes.
All the classes are located at PossAbilities, 1808 3rd Ave SE, Rochester.

Planting Pots for Beginners
Sargent’s Gardens is partnering with PossAbilities for a fun evening of planting! Each registered class attendee will be planting a plant in a pot to take home. During this hands-on activity, we will learn the basics of planting in a pot.

How to Make Fast Food at Home
Get ready to do some cooking! We will be learning how to make boneless chicken nuggets, mini beef hamburger sliders, French fries, and kettle chips. Our trainer for the evening is PossAbilities staff member and passionate food enthusiast, Luke Urevig. Luke started cooking 24 years ago and enjoys sharing tips with others on how to savor the flavors of some of his favorite dishes.
- Support staff are encouraged for this event. There is no fee for support staff.
