PossAbilities partners with area businesses who need an individual or a group of employees to fulfill critical staffing needs. This program gives participants an opportunity to develop work skills and relationship skills with local businesses and the community.
PossAbilities has been working with the Mayo Clinic since 2010 labeling test tubes for four laboratories. Participants label about 140,000 per month. Click here to learn more about the job.
For the past five years, PossAbilities has been working at Sargent’s Gardens.
“They help us cut down on the prep work,” said Cathy Maxson, Sargent’s Gardens, Annual and Perennial Growing Manager.
From day one, until the end of the growing season, participants will place all the planting pots into trays.

Eric started working on the Olmsted County Community Services Campus in 1992. PossAbilities more than 30-year working relationship with the campus has allowed Eric to remain active in the community.
