Skill Building Classes
PossAbilities offers opportunities for youth and adults who identify as having disabilities to learn a variety of life skills through short interactive classes. Each session is offered at a pace that is comfortable for all abilities. There is no age limit.
PossAbilities does not provide support staff for these classes. If a support person is needed, there is NO charge for that support person. Also, PossAbilities does not provide transportation for these classes.
All the classes are located at PossAbilities, 1808 3rd Ave SE, Rochester.

LGBTQ+ Support Group
PossAbilities has an LGBTQ+ group led by two compassionate employees from PossAbilities, both of whom proudly identify as LGBTQ+. The group provides a safe and supportive space for you to connect, share, and grow.
