- Life Enrichment Services

Supported EmploymentMan is not fulfilled by work alone. Fulfillment also includes friendships, being connected to the community, and giving back to the community. This is the mission of the Life Enrichment Program.

This program provides the supports and experiences necessary for individuals with developmental disabilities to develop and maintain meaningful relationships and connections to the community. The service also assists individuals in giving back to the community by supporting them in their volunteer efforts.

All services are based upon the needs and preferences of the individual with a disability. The program uses a process called Person Centered Planning. Through talking and listening to the person with a disability and those who know the person best, PossAbilities finds what is most important to the person. We concentrate on what activities they like and what they don't, what they may like to try for the first time, who they like to spend time with, and who they may want to get to know better. Then, PossAbilities commits to deliver on what the person has said is most important to them.
