PossAbilities is committed to supporting individuals with
disabilities as active community participants. We do this by
maintaining the philosophy that our services should be provided
according to each individual's needs and desires. Programs are
offered at six different locations throughout Rochester, Monday
through Friday from 8:00am to 4:00pm. Transportation is provided
for the individuals we support.

Supported
Employment Services
Assists
individuals in obtaining and maintaining employment.

Enrichment Services
Provides
the support and experiences necessary for individuals to
develop and maintain meaningful relationships and
connections to the community.

Senior
Services
Designed
to provide services for people over the age of 50 who
have decided to retire from work.

Youth Recreation Programs
| Provides
integrated and adaptive recreation programming for
youth with disabilities from the age of 2 1/2-21. |
Stepping
Out Program
| Provides
focused activities based on independent living skills,
recreational skills, and life long leisure skills for
young adults who have graduated high school and are
primarily in their transitioning years. |

Care
| Provides
relief for primary caregivers assisting adults with
Alzheimer's Disease or Dementia. |
