Adult Day Care

Our Adult Day Care is based on a Reminisce Program which includes the following:
  • Specialized care addressing the unique needs of individuals with Alzheimer's Disease and/or Dementia

  • Personalized Reminisce Boxes holding items important to each client

  • Ongoing time and place awareness.

We also provide:
  • Staff certified to administer medications.
  • Consistent support staff.
  • Assistance with daily cares.
  • Daily healthy snacks.
  • Wheelchair and handicapped accessibility.
Activities include:
  • Individual and group games and activities.
  • Craft Projects
  • Holiday parties.
  • Community outings
  • Pet Therapy
  • Gardening in our flower beds
  • Utilizing grass and patio areas
  • Interaction with non-dementia clients
  • Music
  • Variety of leisure activities
  • Sensory Stimulation
  • Daily coffee and social time
  • Relaxation therapy
  • Movies
Daily Rates:
  • Half Hour Rate = $6.40
  • Full Day Rate = $42.86
    • Intermittent services: maximum of 3.5 hours a day.
    • Full day services: over 3.5 hours per day.
    • Extended day services: Over 6 hours per day (these clients would pay a day rate plus 0.5 hour rate per extra half hour.)

Supported Employment Services
Assists individuals in obtaining and maintaining employment.
 
Life Enrichment Services
Provides the support and experiences necessary for individuals to develop and maintain meaningful relationships and connections to the community.
 
Senior Services
Designed to provide services for people over the age of 50 who have decided to retire from work.
 
Youth Recreation Programs
Provides recreations programming for teens with disabilities ages 9-18, after school and during the summer months.
 
Adult Day Care
Provides relief for primary caregivers assisting adults with Alzheimer's Disease or Dementia.
