PossAbilities announces new executive director
PossAbilities has named Eileen Wallace as its new executive director. Eileen has extensive leadership experience in nonprofit management, focusing on community action, poverty and working with marginalized people.
“On behalf of the Board of Directors of PossAbilities, we are very excited that Eileen is joining the PossAbilities team. Under her team-based leadership, we look forward to enhancing our vision, mission, strategies and community commitment for our clients, staff, parents/guardians and the community. She will carry forward the passion of PossAbilities,” said Roxanne M. Hellickson, President of PossAbilities Agency Board of Directors.
Eileen was employed by Wipfli LLP in 2012 as a national, non-profit consultant and trainer and with Move the Mountain Leadership Center from 2005-2008. She served as executive director of Heartland Community Action Agency from 1993-2004. For eight years, she co-chaired the Minnesota State Community Action ROMA Team. Eileen also chaired the Minnesota Community Action Association for two years.
Eileen is relocating from New London, MN where she managed her own consulting business. She begins on April 1.
