We are committed to supporting individuals with disabilities as active community participants. We do this by maintaining the philosophy that our services should be provided according to each individual's needs and desires. Click here to visit our Programs Page.
Programs are offered at six different locations throughout Rochester, Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Transportation is provided for the individuals we support.
Fiscal Support Entity Services
PossAbilities can provide you with FSE services if you live in Dodge, Fillmore, Freeborn, Goodhue, Houston, Mower, Olmsted, Rice, Steele, Wabasha or Winona counties.
As a Fiscal Support Entity, PossAbilities is responsible for billing for goods and services you use, reporting to you what was billed each month and giving you information regarding CDCS services. As your FSE, PossAbilities does not limit your choice of provider for other services.

Our History
PossAbilities was founded in 1961 by the families and friends of people with disabilities as an alternative to institutions.
The agency has evolved over the years to meet the expanding needs, desires and demands of the people we serve. [More...]
PossAbilities & The United Way of Olmsted County
As a non-profit United Way agency, we support individuals with developmental disabilities at six area sites by providing work and social opportunities, career planning and job coaching, activities for senior citizens, individualized life planning, life enrichment skills, leisure programs, in-home support, employer of record services, youth recreation programs, senior services, and Alzheimer's and dementia programs.
